Hi all!
I don't know what to do.
My G4 733 has been running like a tractor for nearly a year, but the last few days it seems to be in trouble sad.gif
It freezes for no reason at all, it seems. It doesn't matter if I'm in Logic or in Netscape... I get a bus and an address error.
First I thought that maybe I don't have enough RAM (384) but now I think that it is maybe my USB hub that is the problem.
When it freeze I have tried to reconnect the USB hub and then it seems to be working again. Is it bad to reconnect the hub? Could I damage anything? And are there someone else out there who has a similar problem?
This is a terrible situation sad.gif

Paper and pen is more productive than that.

Check out your ram. It may be faulty.

Well, like I said way back in January, my Mac is fine now biggrin.gif
It was the hub, no question about it. I have no problems now except getting good mixes of my songs...but that has to do with me not my Mac biggrin.gif

BTW I have got a new website. A virtuell 3D one, but since the software is not released for Mac yet, I can't invite you... We should all send a mail to Adobe asking them to release Atmosphere for Mac. We who are on REAL computers shouldn't suffer for the majority being on cruppy PC's biggrin.gif

Had a similar experience, with a broken MS-USB mouse.
Threw it in waste paper basket ( literally ) & bought a new one.
Everything fine again after that.

Cheers: Dixiechicken
