You will need to reconfigure your AMS setup after this.

Mac Hard drive > User file folder (house icon) > Library > Preferences.
Drag to the trash:
1) com.apple.audio.AudioMidiSetup.plist
2) com.digidesign.protools.plist
3) DAE Prefs
4) DigiSetup.OSX
5) Pro Tools LE prefs v6.2.2
- Empty trash. Restart computer.
- Launch your Pro Tools session.
- In the Pro Tools session > Setups menu > Edit MIDI Studio Setup. In the Configuration section, click where it says "Default" and choose "New Configuration". Name it.
- Now, the Digi 002 should show up normally and you may continue to configure your AMS setup.

Thanks,
Digidesign Tech Support
