I can't access the reserved part at Propellerhead's to tell you but it'd be reasonable to tell 1-3 month if they don't find something very bad hidden.
They seem on a schedule to show it at next NAMM in january so to be able to deliver it fast after that or even at NAMM if beta is ok (you can dream you know Expect 2-3 weeks between end of Beta and release (time to make the CDs/boxes/etc)
