Ok I will tell you my story :

I have 2 Focal. both tweeter get dead ! ( at that price they could have put a limiter)
I have to write 3 emails to Focal to told to send the tweeter back.
I receive them back saying they cannot repare and I have to go to "la maison du HP"
La maison du HP replace them with other ones from Focal without a protection (because they do not have 2 in stock) and they toll me to contact Focal to get the protection.
Answer from Focal "we do not have them"
The story started the beginning 2000 and finished on the 5th of September !
