I am making some weird stuff (some is just silly and/or not so polished, but some I think has some potential to be cool weird stuff...) boy, i am tired, I am repeating myself... enjoy (or not, you decide) these quicktime-ized AAC files: http://arvidtp.net/music.htmlI'd love some feedback - cause when I get more time to work on this kinda stuff I am going to work on it! I like some of the sounds in yours Dano. Sizlo - My roommate thought I was listening to Nirvana...

ok, it's nothing new but just finished completing a 3 1/2 minute country song on my new system. Had a G4 350 mz with protools LE that worked great for a while and now have maudio 410, dual 2 G5 and think the reverbs are spectacular and help warm up the sound considerably.. no hard edge.. two songs on new system are "ring" and "change of plans".. others are protools LE which is still a damn good system. www.webchannel5.com/makmusic.html wc5

Muddyfunkster - Thanks for the feedback. Thought I'd killed this thread off ages ago Just listened to your tracks (BTW the last 2 links seem to be down?) - cool stuff, nice chunky sound you got there. I like monkey business - it's hard to fault a tune with monkey noises in it! How about posting some tracks on www.artichokenet.co.uk ?

QUOTE (swilder @ Sep 10 2004, 07:40) Is anyone here using their macs to make something new and interesting other than 3 1/2 minute forgettable pop music? We are trying to make good music over the net, using real instruments, remixed with a Mac. Here two examples: Prove my love (Reggae)Cheiro do Mar (Instrumental)

I've been experimenting with music on my mac for a while and recently started making techno songs about my crappy job at a "big box store." I let people at work listen and they loved it. They thought I was a true pro and shouldn't be working there... Maybe we should all make music about our current or past crappy jobs! Anyway.. no website on that yet.. don't know if there will be because I don't wanna get sued by the big box.

I'm pushing my g4 733 to capacity to produce cuts for my dub/ska band: FEWS&TWOWe utilize pop format, but it's far from pop. Let us know what you think...constructive criticism is always appreciated.

If so, post a link
Scott Hi! I recently made myself an easy account on: www.myspace.com/architextures I'll put more information about my works in the next weeks and will also change songs subsenquently. For now, there's 4 very different projects that I did for various contracts. This can give you folks a small idea of the beat I do. Any comments and constructive critics will be more than welcome! and if you're also on myspace, please add me! peace all!

you wish!!!!
