I'm looking for a simple and free soft (OS X) that can record and playback midi through my MOTU 828 MKII interface. Audiodesk can not record midi ... DigitalPerformer can but I don't have it.
Anybody has an idea?

Ive just got metroSE demo and Im impressed. The demo is free, but you cant save and you need to reload it every 25 mins.At $69 I'll just buy the full version.
You might check out Pro Tols Free. I had it running on os9, so I assume theres an osx version. Its incredible value. Great for audio but a bit clunky for midi.
