Oops, I meat to say does anyone have any experience with EMI 6/2 (not 2/6) although the only difference seems to be the MIDI in/out.
I heard it comes with logic. Is that right? This post has been edited by petra: Mon 10 Feb 2003, 18:23 |

Hi Petra, make a search in the forums (link top right) I think there's already something from users
You can have Logic gold with the EMI 6|2 m Production Kit, the bundles from Emagic are cool -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home

just to let you know... I have the EMI 2/6 and it is ok but not the best solution. Beware the USB cable termination on the unit isn't the best and a small jiggle and disrupt audio transmission or power down the unit. This is no big deal if its in a studio situation or home and it is put in safe spot and not touched. The ASIO ouput isn't very good either. Reason 1.0 ouput using ASIO was horrible for me. But it does sound fine using Logic though.

that's cool... MOTU and Digi001 & 002 are my favs
i use a Digi001 myself on main computer and the Emi on laptop The Presonous Firestation looks like a good choice too but you can't go wrong with MOTU. -------------------- ----------------------------------------
