Dear Anduu,
I hope you are overcoming your problems with your Firewire 410.Please let me know if you resolved them and the process you acquired. As I said in my initial communication to you, I've just bought one, and it won't communicate with my MacBook Pro using Cubase SX3.
I regret you vented your frustrastrion to Mac Daddy and myself (Tweedmusic), however, I'm over that..I'm still interested if you are overcoming your signal, gain issues, as I to seek clarity, and want to know if the the Firewire 410 produces the required results.
To clarify where I'm coming from Anduu.... I haven't just popped out of the grass, I have been a professional Musician and Music Teacher for 31 years, however I am new to the audio realm.I am not into the whole gobbilygook rave techno head computer reliant generated "music" hype.I am interested in communicating with real musicians, who are interfacing with the digital recording domain using Mac OS 10.4.10, Cubase SX3,Cubase 4, and M-Audio Firewire 410 Interface. If anyone reads this posting and uses the aforementioned equipment please provide info, links etc to common ground.
Hope to hear a positive outcome from you.
Cheers

I'd like to ask Anduu to allow us to listen to a few pieces of his work. I'm interested.
