How can they always take so long? Tiger has been available for developers for almost a year!

Yeah. Now I'm on 6.4. I get Tiger and have to upgrade to 6.9 for 75€. Then in a month the announce 7.0 (I bet) and there goes my wallet again, flap flap flap!
It's a good thing I'm totally loaded (not).

Ahahaha, i feel such an idiot...thank g I'm taking it well... Went to my Mac store...got from my lady a plastic grey bag with 10.4 inside (it's supposed to get unleashed this afternoon...but , hei, you know...)...signed my recepit, and then asked the magic question about ptools TDM....ahahah , they looked at me..."Forget About It"... Now I have it sitting on my desk...Live and Learn.

Oh come on! Do you folks REALLY want to upgrade your production systems to a ".0" operating system release? Do you have any compelling reason? If you have a working system that does what you want, why mess with it for flashy OS features? I personally don't like crashes or other unexpected surprises... so run my production systems on PT 6.2.2 and 10.2.8... never a crash! When they add surround mixing to LE, I'll think about upgrading. It may be a long wait.
