hello people. I'm after a basic audio programme which will enable me to record audio on to me mac using osX. I have a motu 828 and just need something simple that i can sample with before using the samples in recycle.
Any ideas??? many thanks |

Your 828 didn't come with Audiodesk?

bought it second hand!!!
Been tryin to use audacity but cant get the blighter to work. |

That sucks!!! You really need to get your hands on Audiodesk it works really well with the 828. 24 bit recording, sample accurate editing and 32bit mixing. See if Motu will give ya a copy? It comes with the 828...tell them your machine hosed and u can't find your copy?

Also you could get Bias Peak. This is a great stereo editer that I use side by side with Recycle. It is totally worth the price. you can also check out a demo of it
