Anyone have a suggestion in handling this problem. When I launch Pro Tools all is fine. When a select a file to open (or start a new session) the mouse freezes. I've tried this on internal and external drives. I haven't added any software or downloaded anything and this problem just appeared. I made sure to do a software update for the OS. Co-workers of mine have the exact set-up and haven't had a problem.

Try repairing permissions.
Also, I'm not sure if you installed the Digi Core Audio Driver. Even though this driver is only for using a 002 with other third party applications, somewhere under the bonnet it seems to have caused some conflicts, because it also screwed up my otherwise normally working PTLE. |

Which interface do you have ? A good trick is usually as proposed by nreyes is to repair authorisations, you can also trow to the trash all preferences from your library concerning Pro Tools and DAE. They will be replaced by new one with the next launch of pro Tools Pesji -------------------- |

I am sure that DIGI does not support OSX 10.3.5 yet for Protools LE. You might be expieriencing some sort of bug that DIGI has not accounted in OSX 10.3.5. If you can revert back to 10.3.4 the problem should go away

Repairing permissions did the trick. Thanks nreyes. I chucked the Pro Tools .plist and everything was back to normal. Here's what the configuration was in case anyone has a similar problem. All I was saying was that DIGI does not support 10.3.5. Check digi's site. It might work, but technically digi has not addressed all issues or they would support it.
