I've just seen the brand new remote from Digidesign at studio GuillaumeTell, a famous french studio.

Analog Section
- 16 Focusrite preamps (equivalent to the ones in the platinium serie)
- 8 stereo in sub-mixer
- 5+1 monitor , 3 aux sources, talkback, headphone out
Remote Section
- 24 motorised faders, touch sensitive
- direct acces to EQ and Dyn, per channel
- designed for music production

it seems, that this remote must be used alone.
You can't add a procontrol extention or a second Control 24.

Why would you want to add another?

The great thing about this controller is that everything is right in front of you, and you can scroll through as many banks of 24 faders as you want. Have you ever seen a fully expanded Pro control. It's literally like ten feet long.....Useless.
