hi there,

i am running ableton live 5.30b6 on os x 10.39 with a tascam us-122 soundcard connected via usb. i also have an m-audio oxygen keybord and akai mpd16 connected via usb.
when i booted up my computer this morning all of a sudden live no loger recoginzes any of my inputs or outputs, even though they were working fine the night before and I had not installed any new software or messed with the preferences in ableton.
even though both the akai and oxygen are powered when i connect them to my computer, live wont recognize them. same goes for the tascam's midi i/o, even though the audio works fine.
i have already updated my version of live and reinstalled the required drivers for controllers/s.card.

has anybvody had similar problems? any suggestions? is there any programs like midi ox/ yoke available for macs that might help me remedy this?

thx.

You should try first to trash the ~/library/caches/com.apple.Components.LocalCache.AudioComponents

Then restart and start a new config in the Audio midi set up.
