Hello Dragan,
I wanted to ask, if you can update us on a progress of upcoming OMS version of PTM that a lot of us are eagerly awaiting. I am Logic 5.1.3 user and your plugin is something that will replace a costly hardware unit I have used so far. Your plugin addresses very common need and has no competition! I know, there are plenty of Logic and Performer users, that have their credit cards ready! :-) Thanks for your hard work! Igor Len |

Hello there.
Currently I am working on OMS version with few new optionsLast information from EMAGIC says that future version of LOGIC will be fully compatible with any VST plug which transmit midi information other than controllers (this is the case with PI2M plug). MAS version is other story... Regards P.S. thanks to Eric and David -------------------- Polytonic

>MAS version is other story...
As it comes from a lack of interest from MOTU… All DP users should do like me : send email to MOTU (if dragan doesn't see something against that is If we want a MAS version a bit of help seem to be useful. -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home

any of you guys use Pluggo vst~ stuff? i ask because there are a couple of MSP objects that i have used for pitch to midi (that's ftom in MAX), one of which, called CPT~ seems to work really well, plus does relative amplitude to dbamp well. i don't think it would be that tough to manufacture a simple pluggo vst out of it. i haven't done that before, but give me a couple weeks...

Thanks everyone for reply!
Let keep this topic alive and make sure that as soon as plugin is completed we have a release posting on this thread! Dragan, you mentioned that 'future version of Logic will be fully compatible with VST specs'... What would be considered as 'future version' - next update such as 5.1.4 or 5.2? Or would it be next major release such as 6.0? Thanks Dragan! -Igor Len- |

dragan is the man!
guys, forget logic, i've been using it since beta days and like damon hill it should of been retired a couple of years ago. if you want to be in pole position, cubase sx is the schumacher of mac sequencers. by the time emagic catch up with the latest developements it's just too d*amn late! 'don't believe the hype' we're already in the slow lane on the basis that we use macs. of course macs are the superior machines but we all know the rest of the story! as for oms, particularly it's lack of compatibility with logic, just forget it, it's like your best friend's mum, you just wouldn't go to bed with it, it's too old and flabby! we all have one thing in common, we walk the cutting edge. be real! please note that i didn't even mention dp(disastrous performer), a complete waste of time! i could go on, your comments are welcome. peace, wake up, smell the coffee. don't bother emailing emagic or motu they just don't care enough(bunch of cnuts). my motto:-whatever it takes. peace, later...... -------------------- one for all and all for one...

Please…
we are talking about Dragan code etc. not bashing the prefered sequencer of the moderator (me). And I'm sure not all here agree with you, but that's a DIFFERENT story (from me to you damann, dragan is a big boy enough to know what he should do, don't think so? -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home
