I have a Titanium Powerbook G4. How can I connect an external cassette recorder in order to rip tapes to mp3? What cable and where do I attach on the Powerbook. I tried attaching to the headphone socket without success. Any ideas. Thanks

Headphone socket is an audio OUT… wink.gif

You need an audio IN… There's none angry.gif (it'll come back, it's already on the Emac, big return on all the other computers soon, Steve listens sometime)

So you must use an audio in interface USB, PCMCIA or Firewire,

Check this thread for some insight maybe smile.gif

Happy tape ripping
