I have a G4 computer and I want to attach external speakers. Where do you plug them in? I bought some from Radio Shack and plugged them in the back of the G4, no sound. What else do I do?

Not even a tiny sound? Passive speakers? In which plughole did you plug them? You probably need an amp somewhere.

Have you checked the Audio pannel in system preferences?

The plug should be in the headphone out.
