Coool is the word, but it's mine miiiiiiine (crazy rictus %)

To be back on topic, the best would be if Paul could tell us what he wants to record.

The mic port is definetly not the way to go except for a lofi effect (my god %) or if he has NO money to buy a small audio interface.

So for voices or guitars, a decent preamp is the way to go too.

the mixer if there is one…

For 'the professionnal sound' (what a LLLLLAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEE subject) there is also the mastering thing. but it's something completly different. First have something good IN the computer. OUT is a different subject (Again, oh no!)

For the book, as all the moderator, I'm way to lazy to write one. MacMusic users must still have something to do… wink.gif
