AHem, let me collect my thoughts. Ohmmmmmmmm.
ok

I have got hold of a jlcooper fadermaster4/100 usb
I am trying to use in Ableton 4.0 on a Alu pbook
i got a driver from the jlcooper site - which gives me a nice prety picture when i run it(the driver)
The fadermaster does not show up in the mac audio/midi preference pane
it does not show up in ableton

anybody ever get 1 ov dese 2 werk in ableton

who agrees that ableton rocketh verily?

First, have you repaired permissions using Apple disk utility?
Second, have you restarted?
Third, did you install with the JLCooper plugged in? Try without.

The driver should be in library>audio>MIDI driver

If it's not… unsure.gif
