Are you trying to click and drag or have you the file of AW on the desktop already and you just want to add it to a cd ?

I you can't, either you don't have the rights to do this (your user account has no burning rights), or the direct burning is disabled, or you don't know how to burn a CD in OSX…

Maybe if you explain yourself a bit more clearly… wink.gif

For you rights as a user, see system pref/user, if you're not admin your rights may be restricted.

For the burning settings still in prefs see CD and DVD

Have you tried using toast or any software front end to the OS CD/DVD burning routines ?

Good day lepetitmartien;

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply rolleyes.gif

I would like to do both. Drag to desk top and burn as a back up. unsure.gif
So, tell me now, when you say that I do not have the right to do so, is it because AW has it locked? huh.gif
And if so, I understand and will not bang my head aganst a wall that will only give me the blues.
What do you think? unsure.gif
Just make sure I have a hard copy back, yes unsure.gif
Again as alwas thanks for your time. rolleyes.gif
