I'm not quite sure that this also applies to the 002 rack model... I checked out the digidesign site and it's not very clear on this issue. As it states above in the last paragraph:
'Digidesign is no longer offering the Digi 002 without the Factory bundle. Pricing for Digi 002 Rack and Digi 002 Rack Factory products will remain unchanged.'
Why would they mention that there is a difference between the 002 rack with and with out the factory bundle??? They state no difference in the original 002...
Anyone have any comments on this matter?

I read the same paragraph..

it seems this offer only applies to Digi 002 "surface" and not to Rack model. So I corrected the news..
