I recently purchased a copy of Classical Boom Box from Time & Space. I have tried unsuccessfully to install this on two different macs, an imac and an ibook both G4 running Panther 10.39. I can install the loops into Garage Band and I can read the pdf manual, but when I try to open the installer package I get a message that " this software cannot be installed on this computer."
As far as I can tell I have enough free disk space and meet all the other requirements. I've emailed Ultimate Sound Bank but no reply as yet.
Has anyone else had this problem, can anyone offer help?

OK I've sorted it. Just a question of freeing up more disk space than the 4 Gig reccomended. Once I'd freed up about 6 it installed fine. Thanks. smile.gif

Mhmm an installer swapping stuff to do his thing and needing mooooore space than the quantity told in the manual just to install… pfuiii

Note that for better performances, aan external hard drive woulld be better wink.gif (now to transfer the banks to the drive is another matter as i don't know the procedure for this plug) cool.gif

As far as I know you can't install the software instruments to an external drive ?
I've now got to find more space for the Ethnic Boom Box. Oh how we suffer for our art (I love it., yeah!!!!!!! )
