I was wondering where one could find cheaper memory and disc space upgrades for macs? Upgrading to two gigs of memory just doesn't seem proper at 750$. Because with a PC it only costs like 400 dollars.
For hard drives will any serial ata work? If so I'm going to buy one from a whole saler for cheap. I'm only asking these questions because I'm about to buy my first mac. I'd really like to know what options I have for the upgrades. I figure my current Dell 19" LCD will work for a monitor, and I'm sure if I need a graphics card upgrade I can use any agp card. Please help a mac newb out -maz |
