Jipes

Ninewells Music International (NMI)

Ninewells is located at 399 Pungo Shores Drive, Belhaven North
Carolina 27810, USA and we are involved in executive music production,
graphics design, CD manufacture, promotion and distribution including
digital download. Our aim is to offer uplifting, spiritual and enlightening
music to enhance the lives of all who appreciate New Age & World genres.

Cooperation

1) Ninewells retains the rights for Western Markets and artist is paid
40% of retail sales net profit: physical CD sales and digital distribution.
This is typically $1.20 for physical CD and $0.80 for digital CD and $0.08
for one track. Ninewells absorbs all development and manufacturing startup
plus the cost of registering and distribution. No cost to artist

2) Artist pays Ninewells $350 for startup costs and artist retains
Western Market rights and is paid same as 1).

3) Artist pays Ninewells $620 and retains rights and is paid $1.50
physical CD and $1.20 digital CD and $0.14 for one track.

Contract
We do not work or insist on a rigid contract with
musicians . This is a flexible agreement and we both are free to make a
success of CD and help each other. We both respect each other
and would like recognition and reward for our work.

We usually split territory so that Ninewells manages sales to The
Americas, Australia, Japan and New Age / Artist manages Russia,
Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East and Africa. The internet is managed by
both. There could be some sales that cross but that's OK.

These terms are extremely reasonable compared to other record companies who
take up to 90% of music sales profit.
