Well he asked for a kboard with semi-weighted keys.
Your questions is a little open ended so i'll pretend you are asking for the best usb/fwire midi controler kboard... Best semi-weighted midi controler: MAudio Keystation 88 Pro 88-Key Controller :88 hammer action keys and the big selling point is it comes with programmable faders and buttons..
