I am not too familiar with your setup but if you can handle 16/44 stereo .wavs, you will definitely be able to. Everything on the discs is .wav format.

Actually, that makes me curious - what is the most friendly MAC friendly format for audio like loops?

When you get one, just edit the URL to get rid of the begining of it (the macmusic.org etc= part)
