I use Cubase SE and a Firewire 410. I have a project I want to play with where I need 4 inputs, would I be able to use an MBox with my setup? Just looking to see if I can borrow hardware off friends.

mbox only has 2 inputs
![]() I dont know if you can do something with the SPDIF though to sync it to the 410 and use those 2 digital channels on the 410. You Could try it. -------------------- -Arvid •• Squish the Squid Productions, Modest Machine

u can use Mbox with Cubase but I THINK you can only use one hardware input device at once.
multiple hardware input devices would be great as you could stack 'em up till u had the required inputs, but I don't think it can happen bjkiwi |

I know that some devices like the M-Audio Firewire 410 are designed to be daisy chained, but I didn't know if you were allowed to use different inputs.
I guess if I'm going to try it I'll pick up the M-Audio Firewire 1814, that way it jives with what I have. |
