I use Protools Free to edit together my DJ mix sets. When I bounce the final edited layout to disc (File / Bounce To Disc) I am finding the new file to be slightly louder than the original unedited files (AIFFs). I usually try to record as close to 0db as possible. With the mystery added volume I am getting clipping and distortion in the final mix. Just to be clear, I am not using the "Squeezer". Can anyone suggest any way of stopping this? Cheers DJ Anton |
