Hi,
I'm selling my dual 867 G4 mdd and will get a G5. As I'm not swimming in dollars, I'm thinking of getting the 2X2Ghz G5, with 2 gig ram and two internal drives. I heard that Apple are working on the next g5 with Intel chips, do you know when they're due and if I should wait for these? Thx Jean

J'ai achete un disque Lacie Porsche de 80 Gig 7200 rpm, Firewire, 2mo de cache et vitesse de transfert de donnees est de 400 Mbits /sec. J'ai realise ensuite que le modele USB est moins rapide(5400) , mais a plus de memoire cache (8mo),et plus rapide en transfert de donnees. Et il est aussi plus petit de taille et ne demande pas d'alim. Ai je fait le bon choix? Est ce assez performant pour travailler sur des gros projets Cubase SX, et est-il possible de faire tourner un OSX sur ce disque? Merci |
