does the g4 imac or loigic 4.8 have any software already there which converts mp3's and wavs to aiff's. i should of just stuck with my acoustic guitar

logic... no but imac should have itunes which will convert aiff to mp3 and mp3 to aiff (must setup in preferences) and I think it will convert .wav files too.

Logic 6 (due for release this month) can export/import mp3 files.

Cubase SX also handles mp3 files.
Cheaper than both Logic and Cubase is Sound Studio 2.0 (felt tip software), which will do the conversions and a whole lot more. Well worth $49. |
