 Upgrade From Cubase Sx3 To Cubase 5? |

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here has made the switch from SX3 to Cubase 5 via the upgrade? Is it a better designed/running DAW? Is it worth my while getting the full version or is an upgrade version alright? Thanks for any help
