So I currently have a powerbook G4 and mainly I use Live 6 and Reason 3.
and I'm looking at getting (preferably) an iMac as there's already a screen with it, and I have a spare dell 2407 24" widescreen monitor... so... would an iMac be suffice for audio work for years to come? (As I said, I use Live and Reason 3, both are universal, as well as Audacity, SoundConverter, and Soundtrack) or would it be overkill, and I should get a mac mini pimped out? or perhaps spend a bit extra and get a mac pro? Im sure I wouldn't need THAT much more power (as i do all my work at the moment on the g4 powerbook) I dont know... suggestions? thoughts? opinions? anyone with a 24" imac out there? ![]() |
