cette chose motu 1296 qui a des PCI 324 marchera avec un G5 double 1.8 sous Tiger ?

Malheureusement non - site Motu:

"The MOTU PCI-324 card is not compatible with any Mac G5. You may upgrade to the PCIX-424/PCIe-424 card either via the MOTU Online Store or by calling MOTU Customer Service."

merci anyway .. ce qui est curieux , c est que des " vielles " cartes PCI marchent sur mon G5 . Dont une firewire qui " nourrit " la Digi ... bizarre !

Hello Brian,

Je serais tenté de penser un peu comme toi, à contrario de ce que motu dit, mais uniquement pour la première génération de g5 : le changement de voltage est de mémoire (fiabilité non absolue...) intervenu entre les pci 424 et pci 424x... sinon vitesse du bus changée ?
