Hi U @ MACMUSIC! I have some probs with my cubase5.0 running on Ti-PB550/512MB. After 5 months of work suddenly the CPU-Indicator locks and no more audiofiles-even the audio-click- can be played back. Everything still works, but no audio. After restarting Cubase and playing back audio once, the problem is still there. My disk/system/setup should be ok. Would be great if somebody could help me! Thanks a lot, Ganesh |

Ganesh, I used to have this problem with Cubase and I got tired of it an moved to ProTools. I apologize I don't have the technical resources to tell you exactly what you need to do. But eventually you may find yourself moving to PT. Hope this helps you out. |

Trash the cubase5 preferences. that should do it. also if you haven't already, give cubase more memory.

				Thank you all!!
After trying several things I finally re-installed the original-software and uninstalled all rewire-devices and unnessecary plugs. And I once more increased the RAM for VST to 400MB, now everything works cool again.

I have heared of people using the vst-crack which had the same probs like me but i have the original!! Maybe this was some rewire-confusion...
 or a copy-protection-thing..
 So far, thanks a lot!!
