I'm just about to part with a bit of cash, and I'm considering upgrading from my Logic 5, to 7. Has anyone got any comments to make, is it that much better??
I also need to buy a cheap mixer, doesn't have to be anything superb, just the best value for money as I only want to spend a couple of hundred. What do you think? |

I never used logic 5--I came in at version 7, so I can't help you there. However, I can honestly say that version 7 rocks, quite hard. It's wonderful. Also, if you don't already own all the emagic plug-ins, you will of course have all of them at your disposal when you upgrade.
I'm using a great cheap little mixer: the Behringer UB502 . It sounds great and clean, and it's got a pretty decent mic pre. I think I bought it for $35. |
