				Have you not read any of the suggestions? What sort of "program" do you want The "higher class of instruments" are available as "Audio Unit" plug-ins for your copy of Garage Band. If you want another host instead of Garage Band i.e. sequencer try Ableton Live , Apple's Logic Pro , etc.... If you don't want to use a host sequencer many of the synths/samplers previously suggested are available as stand alone applications e.g. ones from Native Instruments Arturia  etc...
