A blank Netscape window opens (but never fills) when I try to get to my messages. Why is this?

Is your Netscape a beta Mozilla?
try first to type Tab, sometimes works, That's maybe an Extension conflict

Hey presto, THANKS A LOT for reporting the error!
 That feature worked well before, but after investigating, i saw that all links to the messanger has been replaced by a blank address, causing the bug you're talking about.. It's now totally fixed!
