Does anyone know how to get a bass drum to sound like the bass drum on Acid 8000 by Fat Boy Slim? cheers

Can't find my Norman CDs right now, but if it's what I think it is in one word: compressssssssssssssssssssss (he uses mainly Presonus ACP on his samplers for example)(hint hint) Can't tell you if there's something more esoteric though, and also, my own presonus won't let me tell you
