 Dp4, Motu 2408, Etc., Need help with my setup |

I have a DM-24, Motu 2408 MkII(pci 324), G4 with panther. I can not seem to get the clock to lock, any way that I set it. There are always clicks and pops, digital distortion or no lock at all. I have tried a different firewire cable, different PCI slots, and different clock masters.
If anyone has any suggestions or tips on what to try, please let me know. I have many sessions coming very soon that I can not be down for.
PS, The system was used in a PC before the mac. We used the exact setup (except the computer) for over a year. All I did was change the computer to mac with DP 4.12. And yes, I have all of the latest dirvers and updates for all the hardware and soft.
