i'm wondering if anybody has successfully installed 'snd' for use in X11?

SND homepage

i've been trying for a while now, granted, i'm not exactly a pro at compiling yet, but it never seems to properly compile, and i think i've downloaded and installed all the correct packages.... can anybody who's running it walk me through?

Are you sure that snd works on OS X? I had a quick look at the webpage, and it only mentioned linux...

It should work, especialy the GTK interface, You could try installing "fink" to get GTK, and the X11 SDK to then compile snd-gtk and see how it goes.
