I recently picked up a MPC 1000 and I have only found 1 flaw. The timing shift section is not present. You know the late/early section. This is a crucial element when trying to produce beats with a more realistic groove. Anyone know anything about this? Are there going to be any updates to fix this problem? Help me please!!!

Did you try the lastest OS update 1.03? I think this bug was fixed?

I emailed Akai and they said this would not be added to the MPC 1000's features. Oh well. At least I got my 4000.
