Hi there, I was using logic 4.8 with an m-audio firewire 410 but I had to sell my old system and buy a new one. Now I have an m-audio audiobuddy preamp. On my old setup when I installed the asio driers into one of logics folders then the virtual mixing desk would come up all routed. Without the asio drivers I just get a blank screen. How do you set it up to work with the macs internal soundcard?

first you have to choose the right audio driver in the audio hardware&preference control panel ...
then , if you relaunch your autoload, logic should automatically convert all audio object to use the new driver. If it doesn't, read the manuel about creating new audio objects. good luck Danny -------------------- Recording engineer and producer...
