Hello! I've started working with live drums, bass, voice and guitar and what I'd like to be able to do is record all four, just in mono [two mics, two jacks] into Logic Audio [4.7 on an iMac 600 mhz or a PowerBook 400mhz].
I've seen a few firewire / usb devices but a lot of them don't seem to be capable of doing what they're supposed to do [the M-Audio devices - ie Firewire 410 - seem like what I'm looking for but seem a bit dodgy in practise]. Any ideas?
