Hey this is my first post on here so here goes...
I've been using logic express for over 2 years now and feel i have the hang of it quite well, I've now decided to invest in some new hardware to make a small home studio. The only problem is I dont know the best way to hook it all up? Can anyone help? This is what i have: iBook G4 14" 1.33GHz G3 tower (the blue and white one!) Not really sure the specs, I'm picking it up 2moro, i only bought it as it has 2 100Gb hard drives. M-Audio Firewire solo interface CME UF5 controller keyboard Additional Dell 19" monitor (as well as ibook monitor) Edirol monitors Phonic 802 mixer Logic Express 7 I have all the ibook, audio interface, controller keyboard, mixer, monitor and speakers hooked up fine, i was wondering what the best way to use the mixer with logic is? and also i wanted to use the G3 for storage, is there any way i can keep all my samples on there and run them off the hard drive then into the ibook? Probably a stupid question but yeh lol just wondered if any1 could help? |
