OMS & MIDISPORT PROBLEMS, Having major problems with MIDI

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 06-Jul 01 From: Venice Member No.: 17	I am using OMS 2.3.8 with a Midisport 2x2 1.1.2 on a G4/400 running OS 9.0.4. I have an Ensoniq ESQ-1 connected to the Midisport. OMS sees everything when I create a new studio setup, and the Midisport 'IN' indicator lights up if I press a key on the ESQ1, AND the 'OUT' indicator lights up if I click on the keyboard in OMS setup- but my system does not actually receive any MIDI data. When I enter 'Test Studio' mode- the system doesn't say 'MIDI received'. Any suggestions? thanks. j.
