what are some good sites to learn how to Program audio applications like vst insturments or editors in OS9 (and even i guess OSx potentaly). I am somewhat interested in learning the code (would it probably be applescript?right? or ones like C++?) to be able to do some interesting things(though i probably wont be able to to that much) or if there are any good books out there for learning this (i have not looked at a book store recently so there probably are) .
 well any help would be appreciated though i understand if you dont give a damn about my random thoughts.

Oh and when would Reason 2 be out in stores because the website said that they have shipped it but when i go online to retailers they dont have it!
 . Do i have to get the origional version and then send them that card that it comes with to receve the upgraded version ? well any help would be appreciated.
