 Cubase Sx 1.501 Freeze, VST Multitrack Problem on Startup |

When I launch Cubase SX 1.501 on my dual G5 in OSX 10.3 it freezes during startup initialization, while Initializing: VST Multitrack. Has anyone had a similar problem, or know any possible remedies to the problem, or even where the source of this problem may be?
