would you need anything like OMS if you were using OSX?(i dont think that there is a version of OMS for OSX so it must be capible of doing all the midi on its own, or what?)

..is what is said when I first started using OSX for a few of my supported music softwarez and realized that there was no need for OMS! NICE!
