Hi
I recently purchased a G4 laptop and a Motu 828 soundcard. I am using OS9.2 and Logic Platinum 4.7.3. Using ASIO +828 at home no probs. However to my immense frustration when using just MacAv (whilst on the move without 828) Logic won't play 48khz audio via the Mac AV sound output. Does anyone know how to get round this?
Logic can sample rate convert, a laborious task. Is this a destructive process, anyone know about Logics conversion process? Any ways of virtually (non-destructive) ways of reducing to 44khz, or batch covertion?

Now the suns com'n out this is drivn me crazy, let alone traveling, please help!!

Okay so I should have phoned emajic first..
Apparently its tuff doo doo!
The Mac engin is 16 bit 44kHz and thats all it'll do. OSX should have ways round this, but Logic won't run on OSX for a while yet..
As for smaple rate conversion it is destructive.
So unless anyones gotta better suggestions, its 48Khz studio or 44khz sun for me
