I'm having trouble with my Mac G4 machine (Os 9,2). The problem is that it suddenly stops working, and no matter what I do it will not respond to any of my commands. The only way out is to turn the computer off and start all over again. This problem occurs almost every time I use the computer.
On this machine I have very few programs installed as the only thing I use it for is music-making (in Cubase vst 5.0). Could this have something to to with available memory, or what do you think? Hope someone can help me out! Hm |

Yes, I have had similar problems with my own G4 800 mhz running Logic 5. I have experienced these problems since installing a lacie harddrive and the Arturia Moog modular. It may have been something to do with the version 1.0 software of the moog, or the firewire bus conflict between my MOTU 828 and the drive. I am not sure. Any suggestions welcome...
