 Tempo problems with Reason and Digital Performer, question |

Hi, I am trying to record audio in Digital Performer 3 on top of beats created in Propellorhead's Reason. So Reason comes through via 'rewire' without any problems, until I listen back to what I've recorded and there is a VERY noticable time difference between the 2 programs. It's in sync when I'm recording but well off when I listen back. I've tried inputting through a mixer and also just directly recoding audio in to my iMac through the built in mic input . Does anyone else have this issue? These programs should be compatible. Thanks in advance. |

thanks synthetic,
i have actually done what you suggested with pro tools too, but digital performer and reason are made to be compatible. it makes experimentation more difficult doing what you suggest. i like to switch back and forth between programs editing as i go. ronanca. |
